Cut the month-end close for a 6-entity, 3-currency group from WD10 to WD5. Procured Numeric, with a member of my team leading the implementation as a growth opportunity, and used checklists and transaction monitors to catch errors before close. Pulled forward everything we had data for early, such as payroll journals, and now extending Numeric to flux analysis and reconciliations. A stressful, time-crunched process is now a steady, predictable cadence with higher-quality output and more time for FP&A insight.
Payment Run Automation
Placed 1st in the CFO Org Hackathon by designing a custom Google Apps Script automation generating the bi-weekly payment run files, eliminating manual spreadsheet errors and key-person dependency.
AI-Driven AP Automation
Led the system migration from Tipalti to Ramp Bill Pay and deployed an AI inbox-monitoring agent (Cassidy AI) to screen and route clean invoices automatically.
AI Regulatory Monitor & Technical Impact Assessment Agent
